We supply hardware from Asus, HP, Dell, Epson and Canon. Buying through us means somebody local specifies the machine, sets it up, moves your data across and answers the phone if it goes wrong, which is the part that gets lost when you order a box online.

Asus

Asus covers a wide spread, from everyday laptops through to machines built for heavier work. They are a good fit when you want performance for the money and are happy to be guided on which range suits the job, because the difference between their consumer and business lines is worth understanding before you buy.

HP

HP is the safe choice for a general business fleet: business laptops and desktops that are easy to service, plus the office printers and multifunction machines that most small offices end up standing on. Consumables are widely available in South Africa, which matters when you need a cartridge on a Friday afternoon.

Dell

Dell business desktops and laptops are built to be repaired and to stay consistent across a fleet, so a business buying three machines this year and two next year can keep them broadly the same. That consistency makes support quicker and spare parts easier.

Epson

Epson is worth a serious look if you print a lot. Their refillable ink tank printers cut the running cost per page dramatically compared with cartridge models, which suits guesthouses, workshops and any office producing invoices and statements in volume. The purchase price is higher and the ink is far cheaper, so the sums depend on how much you print. We will do those sums with you.

Canon

Canon covers office printing and scanning as well as cameras and imaging equipment. Their multifunction printers handle the copying, scanning and document work most small offices need, and their scanning quality is a real advantage for anyone digitising paper records.

What buying through us means

The machine arrives with the operating system configured, your software installed, licences registered in your name, your files moved across and the printer connected. Manufacturer warranties apply as normal, and if something goes wrong within that period you bring it to us and we take it from there rather than leaving you to negotiate with an overseas support line.

Not sure what you need

Tell us what the machine is for and how long you want it to last. We will quote in Rand on two or three options at different prices and explain what the extra money buys, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.

Tell us what is not working

Phone or email with a short description of the problem, the make of the machine if you know it, and when suits you. We will come back with what it will take to fix.
